The Chairman and General Manager of the Regie Libanaise des Tabacs et Tombacs (Regie), Eng. Nassif Seklaoui, received a delegation from Tayr Debba Municipality at his office on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
The delegation, headed by Mayor Farid Kamel Naanouh and comprising several municipal council members, discussed farmers’ affairs with Seklaoui and expressed its appreciation for Regie’s continued support for farmers and its efforts to develop tobacco cultivation in the town.
