The Chairman and General Manager of Regie, Eng. Nassif Seklaoui, received a high-level delegation from Philip Morris International (PMI) on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, in the presence of Board Member Eng. Georges Hobeika and Head of Manufacturing Eng. Paul Ghanimeh.
During the visit, the delegation expressed its appreciation for Regie’s efforts in installing a new production line for PMI products at its Hadat factory.
The delegation included Vice President for the Middle East and North Africa André Dabrowski; Vice President of Cigarettes Ingo Rose; Vice President of Smoke-Free Products (heated tobacco and nicotine pouches) Christos Keritsis; Director of Cigarettes Christina Lau; and Director of External Affairs Nadim Koussous.
Representatives from PMI’s Lebanon office included General Manager Amr Taha, Director of External Affairs Marianne Hanna, Commercial Director Marc El Zaani, and Mr. Hadi Tabshi.
Seklaoui and the delegation also discussed ways to strengthen and further develop cooperation between the two parties.
During the meeting, Seklaoui presented a commemorative shield to the visiting delegation.
The delegation then toured Regie’s manufacturing facilities, accompanied by Head of Manufacturing Eng. Paul Ghanimeh, where they observed the production process, with particular focus on the newly installed Philip Morris production line.
