Qlaileh municipality thanked the Regie Libanaise des Tabacs et Tombacs, represented by its chairman and general manager, Eng. Nassif Seklaoui, for providing it with a pickup truck “in collaboration with a number of local residents, without whom this initiative would not have been possible.”
Describing Seklaoui as “a kind and charitable man,” the municipality praised his “generous initiative and valuable contribution,” saying the gesture reflected “the highest values of partnership, solidarity and national responsibility.”
It added that the initiative demonstrated “the Regie’s commitment to supporting municipalities and helping them improve public services and meet the needs of their communities, particularly at a time when collective efforts are more important than ever.”
In a letter addressed to Seklaoui, the municipality stressed that “such initiatives, which serve the town and its residents, represent a model of fruitful cooperation between public institutions and local communities.”
