The Regie Libanaise des Tabacs et Tombacs distributed agricultural pesticides on Tuesday to farmers in southern Lebanon who “remained steadfast on their land or returned to it.”
The pesticides were delivered to the towns of Babliyeh, Arzayand Jibal al-Butum, with similar distributions set to follow in other villages.
The Regie also praised “the residents of southern Lebanon in general, and the farmers in particular, who have once again demonstrated their attachment and their deep-rooted sense of belonging to their land.”
