Mais al-Jabal municipality announced the launch of a project funded by the Regie, which consists of maintenance and landscaping works around its pond.
The municipality explained that the project, supervised by its Works Committee, involves repairing and repainting the pond’s iron fence, organizing and improving the entrances, maintaining and reactivating streetlights, and reinstalling traffic separators and sidewalks damaged during the war.
The works will also include the planting of flowers and ornamental plants, and the installation of lighting fixtures.
The municipality thanked the Regie’s chairman and general manager, Eng. Nassif Seklaoui, for “his support and funding of this development project and many others.”
