The Anti-Trafficking Unit of the Regie Libanaise des Tabacs et Tombacs seized large quantities of smuggled and counterfeit molasses (mu’assal), tunbac, as well as smuggled cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. These seizures were the result of raids in Kfar Melki, Old Akkar and Deir Dalloum (Akkar district).
Seizure reports were filed against the violators and sent to the competent judicial authorities for further action.
