As part of its plan to strenghten its digital presence and develop employee skills, the Regie organized a specialized LinkedIn training workshop in collaboration with AMIDEAST, conducted by Regional Training Programs Expert Mirna Shidraoui.
The workshop, which brought together 12 employees from different departments, focused on improving their personal profiles on the platform and linking them to the Regie’s official page in order to increase engagement and showcase the institution’s achievements to a wider audience.
The training provided practical guidance on how to highlight individual expertise, share professional updates and engage effectively with various stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
During the workshop, Shidrawi insisted on the importance of strengthening employees’ digital presence, explaining that it enhances the institution’s standing and reinforces its public image. As for AMIDEAST, it said that this initiative was organized in the framework of its partnership with the Regie to support professional development and digital skills programs.
It is worth noting that this initiative, which was launched with an initial group of 12 employees, will later be expanded to include as many staff members as possible, thereby maximizing the benefits of this experience.
