Seklawi meets with Brig. Gen. Lawandos to discuss cooperation between Regie and State Security Brigadier

General Edgard Lawandos, Director of the State Security Department, received the Regie’s chairman and general manager, Eng. Nassif Seklawi, in his office.

In a statement, the Regie said that during the meeting, Seklawi and Lawandos explored the different ways of strengthening “cooperation and coordination between the two institutions in several fields, with the aim of serving the national interest and enhancing institutional performance.”

“Both parties emphasized the importance of role complementarity between public institutions, particularly in light of the current challenges, and stressed the need to join forces to maintain Lebanon’s stability,” the statement added.
