The head of the Factory Maintenance Office (representing the Manufacturing Directorate at the Regie) and the head of the IT Office (representing the Finance Directorate) took part in a workshop with the Software and Technical departments of the German technology company Körber.
The workshop, held between August 4 and 8 at Körber’s headquarters in Hamburg, aimed to agree on the necessary adjustments to the AREO software, which the Regie plans to use to collect data from cigarette manufacturing machines.
The AREO software provides comprehensive production and performance data in real time.
It reads, writes and harmonizes data from all machines in the factory while ensuring the best possible communication between them. It thus serves as a powerful tool for monitoring, analysis, and optimization and offers a basis for enhancing the profitability and efficiency of the entire factory.
