The Lebanese Regie for Tobacco concluded on Thursday the “Recruitment and Candidate Evaluation” training program, which was held at its headquarters in Hadat over two days.
The program, attended by 11 Regie employees, was organized by the Human Resources Department in collaboration with the Training and Development Division, and was conducted by trainer Cynthia Jabbour.
It aimed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage the recruitment process, from hiring candidates to successfully onboarding new employees.
